Happy buyers are our goal. Henry Sail bracelets are custom-made on the individual requests; therefore, items cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the received item or found manufacturing errors (faulty engraving, wrong strap, pendant, or buckle color) immediately contact us. Keep in mind that returning the product must have a valid and clear reason (wrong engraving, poor quality of the product). If you want to increase or reduce the size of the bracelet, you have to pay an extra € 3. In all cases of resizing, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend writing an email (email@example.com) and explaining the situation as well as adding some photos to help us understand the situation. Make sure you specify your name and order number to identify the order. Once the situation has been assessed, the decision will be taken and the reply will be sent within 2 business days. Henry Sail is not responsible for the buyer's mistakes when ordering the wrong engraving. This rule does not apply if the product was badly engraved for our fault.
